Rich in fermented rice extract – also known as sake lees – for hydration and anti-aging care, this toner essence is a great way to condition skin while flooding it with nutrients. Ceramides in the formula combine with twelve types of amino acids to buffer against signs of aging like sagginess and roughness. Other ingredients like niacinamide, arginine and Vitamin C derivatives brighten skin. The essence boasts a watery texture that’s a boon for sensitive skin.
