This multifunctional bi-phase toner consists of one layer of super concentrated beta-carotene and the 2nd layer of beneficial carrot water. Infused with a botanical and fruit complex containing Lavender, Grape and Chrysanthemum flowers, allow for fully enhanced and naturally beautiful skin to shine through.

Deeply nourishing and particularly targeted to plumping up fine lines, fading brown marks and increasing, this toner is a delight for the skin and senses.

How To Use

• Cleanse the face first.
• Saturate a cotton pad and sweep onto the face, neck and décolleté.
