This hydrating toner made of 91.3% Milk Vecht Root extract rather than water, has potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties calming skin and helping it fight against the ageing process by eliminating free-radical DNA damage.

Skin feels smooth, plump and youthful. Pyunkang Yul are renowed for using only essential active ingredients, culling those which are unnecessary. This toner is composed of only 7 ingredients and is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin.

How To Use

• On cleansed skin, gently pat a small amount into the skin until it has fully absorbed.
• Follow with moisturiser.
• Apply morning and night.
