How To Use

• Place the sheets on your feet.
• Pour the liquid inside the sheets whilst your feet are still in there and secure the tape around the ankles.
• Leave on for up to 1.5 hours. The liquid will absorb into the feet.
• Remove the sheets. Wash your feet and pat dry.
• After 4-6 days the dead skin cells will naturally start to fall off. Do not try to peel them off.
• When the dead skin cells fall off, apply a light foot cream and massage.
• You will be left with smooth and soft feet in about 2 weeks.
